    It's a compulsion, I tells ya… :-} The gimmick for this one is that I plan to push Temporal all the way up and use Essence of Speed (hence the name). That's the upside; the downside is that I'm a non-LostSoul DeathMold abstaining from Mimicry (except for emergencies) and a Dodging Monk with no plans to use Possession (though I could be persuaded otherwise on that front). Am I crazy? Funny you should ask… ;)

    Done Orc Cave. The DeathMold movement is starting to get annoying. What's really annoying, though, is needing several hundred turns to pick up the drops from a couple packs of orcs. Moria's gonna be a nightmare at this rate…

    Done Mirkwood. I think I'm getting the hang of DeathMold movement. Still worried about picking up stuff off the floor in Moria with its insane monster generation rate, though…

    Midpoint of Moria. The solution I've settled on for the Moria loot collection problem is to simply leave most of it on the floor, picking out only stuff that is likely to be an artifact or otherwise useful, or to sell for a lot. My spellcasting prowess is improving; I should be able to run Essence of Speed full time before too long.

    Moria done. As promised, running Essence of Speed full time now. Lack of resists is getting annoying, though. Dunno whether to do Mordor or Land of Mountains next…

    Swept Mordor. Extremely annoying with no fire resistance and random DeathMold movement; I had to recall out every few levels just to replace scrolls lost to lava. I think I'll skip Land of Mountains, since I couldn't wear Trone's coat without wrecking Dodging; that means Dol Guldur is next, I suppose.
