    As promised (threatened? Seen on TV™?), restarted in my ToME:Bard module. After a bit of playtesting, I'm starting to think I may have overbalanced it a bit; having room-lighting, near-Precognition-level detection and disarming all by the fairly early levels of the Downs may be a bit much. And I haven't even tried out all the attack spells. Ah well, we'll see. Done the Downs and two relic quests so far (innate see invisible is so convenient for Manwe relic quests… ;)).

    Swept the Orc Cave, and did the third relic quests. Still kind of fragile in combat, though her spells are helping (Shockwave in particular is handy when used properly).

    Swept Mirkwood. She plays currently like a barehand fighter with utility spells—although the ToME:Bard-specific line-of-sight Blow Harder spell is pretty deadly.

    Midpoint of Moria. I think I may have made Blow Harder too powerful; maybe it's just that I'm using it against the usual Moria cannon fodder, but it shreds (and killing Bolg and company through the glass wall almost felt like cheating…). Just now getting to the point that I'm not quite so worried about not having enough hit points or mana.
